Trexler Climate + Energy Services (TC+ES), an internationally recognized leader in the emerging field of climate change risk management, has been acquired by EcoSecurities, the world's leading company in the business of sourcing, developing and trading carbon credits generated from greenhouse gas emission reduction projects.

TC+ES will be combined with EcoSecurities' consulting division to form EcoSecurities’ Global Consulting Services. The TC+ES team will play a leadership role in the global expansion of EcoSecurities operations internationally and in the expansion of carbon markets in the United States. Through its new EcoSecurities Global Consulting Services unit, the Group will be able to provide consulting clients with a broader set of products and services, from corporate strategy assessments and market scenario analysis to developing methodologies for new greenhouse gas mitigation projects.
