TC+ES Projects TC+ES has been involved in the review and analysis of hundreds of potential carbon offset projects since 1991. TC+ES has helped a number of clients evaluate and invest in the most appropriate carbon offset projects for their needs. Among the projects that TC+ES has helped develop and fund are: Solar Rural Electrification TC+ES developed project investment briefs, financial pro formas, and carbon offset assessments for the non-profit, Solar Electric Light Fund (SELF) for solar rural photovoltaic (PV) electrification.
